Russia
It seems as though a new Cold-War could be warming up as Russia has vowed to deploy missiles close to the site that the United States will put anti-missile systems and they have sent their largest Air craft carriers into the Pacific to participate in military exercises with Chavez's Venezuela.
The new Obama administration must diplomatically solve this new and increased tension between two old rivals. Russia is set to reclaim it's super power status within twenty years and has considerable global weight and resources.
We must foster an era of peace not belligerance
